Making the Deadline

GraffitiSuite LogoAs I’ve pointed out quite a few times through various mediums recently, I’ve been hard at work on the new GraffitiSuite subscription site.  So I have a bit to share.

It’s been long and tiresome, but we should be able to launch on February 1st.  I honestly can’t wait.  We’ve put a ton of work (hours, money, sleepless nights) in to the site, and I do hope our customers will be happy.  So, I’m going to answer a couple of questions I’ve gotten recently:

Q: Will GraffitiSuite be subscription-only now?

A: No.  At least not for the time being.  We still plan to sell one-offs via the REAL Software store, however these won’t have all of the amenities you get with a subscription.  Until we come up with a good affiliate scheme, at least.

Q: Are you releasing new products at launch?

A: Not immediately.  While we’ve already made some nice modifications to most of the products, our new stuff just isn’t quite ready yet.  We have three to four things that could be ready in the second quarter of 2011, but our main focus right now is on updated the current products for modern versions of REAL Studio.

Q: Do you have plans to do anything special for the Web Edition?

A: Not right now.  While I’ve played with the Web Edition a bit, I’ve not had a whole lot of time to pour in to it.  I’m sure we’ll eventually come up with something good for the Web Edition to compliment our current line-up, but we don’t have anything right now.

And, of course, I’m open to receive any questions you may have in the comments.  I won’t necessarily answer them with definite responses, but I will do my best.
